Will Stop Working After November 6
This is a reminder that Baptist Health is moving to a new Microsoft 365 environment on Friday, November 6 at 8:00 PM to modernize the tools you use every day. Please continue reading to understand how this affects your OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams links when your Microsoft 365 account moves and how you can prepare.

Email attachments are not affected.
Files you sent or received as email attachments do not need any action.
Teams meeting links in meetings you organized will stop working.
Your calendar appointments will move, but the Teams links inside them will still point to the old environment. You will need to recreate those meetings after the migration, especially recurring ones.
If you were invited to a Teams meeting someone else organized, watch for a new invitation from the organizer.
Links to our old SharePoint and OneDrive addresses will stop working.
Any link whose web address begins with baptistgov.sharepoint.com — or baptistgov-my.sharepoint.com for OneDrive files — will stop working after the migration. Those addresses point to our old environment, which will no longer be available once we move to the commercial cloud. Our Engage site will NOT be affected.
This includes links inside SharePoint Online and OneDrive documents, bookmarks and favorites in your web browser, and links posted in Teams channels.
