Microsoft 365 Migration Is Now Complete

ANNOUNCEMENT 5

Your Microsoft 365 migration is complete. Your account is now live in Baptist Health’s new environment, and your email, calendar, files, sites, and Teams channels are waiting for you there.

📢 The Headlines: What’s Done and What Still Needs You

  • Your email and calendar have been migrated.

  • Your OneDrive files are available.

  • Your SharePoint sites are accessible at [NEW SHAREPOINT URL].

  • Your Teams channels and shared files are in place.

  • Two things still need you: re-enrolling your mobile device and re-sharing any external links.

✅ What You Should Do Now

  1. Sign back in to your Microsoft 365 apps. Open Outlook, Teams, and anything else you use, and sign in with your Baptist Health sign-in information unless IT has provided different instructions.

  2. Re-enroll your phone or tablet if you use one for work. This is a required step — follow the Mobile Device Re-Enrollment Guide.

  3. Re-share any external file links. Links you sent to people outside Baptist Health no longer work. Open the file, click Share, and create a new link.

  4. Check your content. Confirm your email, calendar, OneDrive files, SharePoint sites, and Teams channels are all there. If anything looks missing, contact the IT Service Desk.

📚 The Deep Dive: The Rest of the Stuff You Might Want to Know

Teams 1:1 Chat History

As shared in earlier communications, private 1:1 chat history does not carry over between Microsoft 365 environments. Your channel conversations are here, and any new chat you start works normally.

Meeting Links

Most existing Teams meeting links may need to be regenerated. If someone has trouble joining a meeting you organized, reschedule or regenerate that invitation.

Where to Find the Guides
